–The Texas Lawyer’s Creed
A lawyer’s relationship with his client is based upon mutual trust and should be long-standing. With that aim in mind, Mr. Howard strives to quickly and efficiently solve your legal problem while taking from you the stress that litigation often creates in your personal and professional life. His goal is to solve your problems, not add to them.
Andrew’s experience—in highly-technical cases with hundreds of millions in controversy to small breach of contract disputes on behalf of family and friends—provides a broad foundation for him to do so. Mr. Howard worked in one of Texas’s largest firms with hundreds of lawyers and multiple offices. Later, he was a partner at a litigation boutique that tried highly-publicized cases against the most prestigious lawyers in the world. He worked with and learned from fantastic lawyers, each of which had a different approach to the practice of law.
Mr. Howard’s “tool belt” includes strategies and tactics taken from those lawyers, as well as his own.
Your legal problem deserves an approach that measures twice, cuts once, and uses the best tool for the job.
